Booking Terms & Conditions: We require a deposit to be paid to confirm your booking date. Your deposit is a non-refundable payment and shall be deducted from your session cost. Please note, if you cancel a booking within 14 calendar days of your session, we may be able to reschedule, but, full payment will be required on the original session date. If you cancel a booking that is an ongoing project and you do not wish to reschedule, you will be charged for works carried out up to and including the cancelled session date. If you cancel a session up to 14 days before your booking date, your deposit is non-refundable, but, you will not be required to pay the remaining session amount. Please ensure you arrive to your session on time and on the correct date. Any missed sessions without prior warning will be charged to the full session amount and may not be rescheduled. If there are multiple missed sessions, we may refuse future custom. By booking a session, you agree to these terms and conditions. We have these terms and conditions in place to ensure each session runs smoothly and avoids bookings being taken up by 'no shows'. Thank you.
